About Us

Our chief appraiser, Anthony Capoccia, entered the profession in 2001 with a Limited License, and became State Licensed in 2003. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser (MI1204008220), FHA-approved, holds an MBA with a Concentration in Real Estate Studies, is a licensed Individual Real Estate Broker, and has performed thousands of appraisals for lender clients.
